Across Ages

Coming soon, new information and photos about Across Ages, a federally recognized national model program for intergenerational mentoring to prevent middle school substance abuse!

GRANDMA'S KIDS is an after-school enrichment program that provides academic and social service support for children who are separated from their biological parents and placed in kinship/foster care homes with a grandparent or other alternative caregiver.

As a direct service program, Grandma's Kids coordinates up to 60 caregivers, 15 volunteers and 100 children in 4 schools every year. The primary goal is to increase access to resources to help families manage the stress and challenges experienced by families and children traumatized by the separation and alternate placement.
