Learn how self-directed teams work and how to harness their power for your organization. Self-directed teams are small groups of volunteers who manage themselves and the work they do with the assistance of an external coach.

  • Session 1: Find out why self directed teams are ideal for people 50+. Learn about person centered volunteer management, characteristics of self directed teams, and managing and coaching for maximum impact.
  • Session 2: Learn how to implement a successful self directed team, including resources, developmental stages, motivating and recognizing team leadership and collective achievement.
